Risk manager

Job summary:

Caspian Innovation Center is the central organization for all software and platform development. We build all the technology that powers businesses, from upstream energy production to downstream energy delivery to our customers. We have a variety of teams depending on your areas of interest, including infrastructure and backend services through to customer-facing web and native applications.
Risk Manager in CIC oversee the organizations comprehensive insurance and risk management program, assessing and identifying risks that could impede the reputation, safety, security, or financial success of the organization.

Requirements:

• At least bachelor’s degree in IT/Risk/Finance/Audit or related fields
• 3 years overall, at least 2 years related work experience;
• CISA/CRISC/CISM/CISSP/ or related certificate is an advantage;
• Azerbaijani/English;
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Risk/Finance/Audit or related fields required.
• At least 3 years of overal and 2 years of related experience, including managerial experience.
• CISA/CRISC/CISM/CISSP/ or related certificate is an advantage
• Advanced level of Azerbaijani and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, mathematical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, oorganizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Job responsibilities:

• Identification, analysis and assessment of IT and IS risks that the Company has exposure to;
• Formulation and periodic tracking of key risk indicators;
• Review and evaluation of risk mitigation plans provided by risk owners;
• Periodic monitoring of risks;
• Preparation and presentation of different risk reports for Management and other stakeholders;
• Close cooperation with business units to ensure effective risk management practices are implemented and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Communication skills, ability to work under stress;
• Accountability;
