Job responsibilities:
- Implement and manage IT processes based on the ITIL framework across our organization
- Analyze existing IT processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and document new IT policies, processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery
- Train and support other IT staff on ITIL best practices and process implementation
- Define and improve performance metrics for processes
- Continuously monitor process performance and adjust as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in IT, operations, and other departments
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ITIL guidelines and industry best practices
- Implementation, improvement and management of ITSM tool
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience implementing and managing ITIL-based IT processes
- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and its core principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to design and document efficient IT processes
- Experience training and supporting teams on process adoption
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- ITIL and / or project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
