Accountant
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintaning bank statements and reconciliations;
- Update the accounts payable and accounts receivables on a daily basis, issue invoices as needed and perform reconciliations;
- File documents and ensure existance of proper back-ups and documentations;
- Assist senior colleagues in monthly as well as annual closing procedures;
- Keep updated financial database and registers to ensure that all information present is accurate, complete and immediately accessible when needed;
- Handle inquiries of other functions, support them with emerging needs when required;
- Provide administrative support as needed and perform other tasks and ad hoc activities that are deemed necessary;
Position requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance;
- Minimum 2 year of professional experience in the field;
- Strong communication skills;
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian
- Analytical thinking;
- Team work and collaboration skills;
- Result oriented;
- Accurate and timely execution of tasks;
