Accountant

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Maintaning bank statements and reconciliations;
  • Update the accounts payable and accounts receivables on a daily basis, issue invoices as needed and perform reconciliations;
  • File documents and ensure existance of proper back-ups and documentations;
  • Assist senior colleagues in monthly as well as annual closing procedures;
  • Keep updated financial database and registers to ensure that all information present is accurate, complete and immediately accessible when needed;
  • Handle inquiries of other functions, support them with emerging needs when required;
  • Provide administrative support as needed and perform other tasks and ad hoc activities that are deemed necessary;

Position requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance;
  • Minimum 2 year of professional experience in the field;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Team work and collaboration skills;
  • Result oriented;
  • Accurate and timely execution of tasks;
