Account Manager (IT Sector)
A leading IT solutions provider operating across Azerbaijan and the UAE is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow key client relationships. The company specializes in delivering innovative solutions in Data & AI, Business Applications, Digital App & Innovation, and Modern Work, including Data Warehousing (DWH), ERP, and ISV projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand and address their needs.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Act as the client’s advocate within the company to ensure their expectations are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments to deliver seamless customer service and successful project implementation.
- Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to adapt strategies to evolving needs.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Economics, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management or direct sales within IT, software, or data analytics sectors.
- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions and business models for clients using new technologies.
- Strong record of managing and expanding relationships with key accounts.
- Skilled in identifying client needs and competitive opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Salary: 1500 AZN
