Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement innovative sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and achieve established goals.
  • Adapt and Optimize: Continuously monitor the progress of sales efforts and make data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Stay Informed: Keep a keen eye on industry trends and changes, providing valuable feedback to relevant departments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, increasing brand loyalty and guest satisfaction.
  • Promote Effectively: Develop promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertising collateral to attract and engage customers.
  • Exceptional Service: Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Analyze and Improve: Regularly track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other hotel departments, including operations, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Profound understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant sales technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
