Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• To lead the production and economic activities of the LLC and its individual divisions and to direct them to the fulfillment of the set plans, the improvement of production efficiency and labor productivity.
• To ensure the correct application of economic and administrative methods of management, the more efficient use of economic influence tools such as profit, reward, credit, material and moral encouragement to increase the efficiency of production.
• The activities of the collective are aimed at ensuring the efficient development of oil and gas deposits, efficient use of capital investment, reducing the cost of oil and gas production and improving its quality, increasing labor productivity, achieving its efficiency and high development speed based on cooperation, specialization and centralization of production, as well as the main to direct the efficient use of production funds.
• To control the protection of the property of the department, the correct use of money and material values, to implement the saving regime and the economic account.
• To implement measures to strengthen the financial interests of employees both in terms of the results of their personal labor and the general results of the enterprise's work, to ensure economical and efficient use of the labor compensation fund, and timely settlements with employees.
