Applicants will be able to:

• Read write and speak fluent English, Azeri and Russian
• Be conversant with recruiting procedures and conditions for the hiring of staff
• Able to work under own initiative
• Able to work as part of a team
• Conversant with local laws re hiring of staff, conditions and work practices.
• Work with modern computer software
• Be flexible for working conditions
• Have some experience relating to clients and potential clients
