Employment type – full-time employment, standard 1 year contract duration (with 3 months’ probation period)

Main Requirements:

  • capable user of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.);
  • minimum Intermediate level of Eng and Rus;
  • work experience is desirable (at least for 1-3 years) but fresh graduates also welcomed;
  • no specific gender preference – both Male and Female candidates are welcomed;
  • we need someone with strong Interpersonal skills such as communication, speedy adaptation, flexibility at task completions;
  • support all departments on Admin and other operations;
  • replace Executive Assistant during her absence/leave.
