Senior HR Learning and Development Specialist

Salary: +2000 (Negotiable, based on experience)
Work Schedule: 5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the organization's learning needs
  • Lead the development and delivery of learning programs for all levels of employees, with a focus on leadership, soft skills, and technical training.
  • Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by encouraging knowledge-sharing and employee involvement in training programs 
  • Organization of internal and external trainings and learning projects
  • Analysis of learning effectiveness
  • Organization of internship programs
  • Preparation of training and learning materials
  • Creating an internal trainer base
  • Creation of a learning portal
  • Monitoring and implementation of new learning trends
  • Stimulation of learning culture within the company (Learning in the flow of life

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related HR field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other HR software.
