SMM Specialist

About the role:

• We are looking for a creative and dynamic SMM Specialist who will ensure the promotion of the brand on social media platforms and active communication with the audience.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing the company's social media accounts, especially Instagram and TikTok platforms;
• Ideation, creation, and execution of video and photo content for social media;
• Creating Reels, Stories, and short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram;
• Organizing video shoots, ensuring proper framing, and managing the shooting process;
• Editing recorded videos, adding music, transitions, text, and other visual elements;
• Conducting and managing regular live streams (LIVE) on TikTok;
• Building communication with the audience during live streams and increasing viewer engagement;
• Developing creative ideas for social media and forming a content plan;
• Monitoring current trends, viral formats, and social media innovations and applying them to content;
• Writing captions for posts and using appropriate hashtags;
• Analyzing social media statistics and audience reactions;
• Tracking content views, engagement, and follower growth metrics;
• Developing social media accounts and increasing the brand's digital visibility.

Requirements:

• Work experience in SMM or social media content creation;
• Good knowledge of TikTok and Instagram platforms;
• Ability to shoot videos and create short-form video content;
• Experience in conducting live streams in the TikTok LIVE format;
• Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar programs);
• Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas;
• Comfort and confidence in communicating on camera;
• Ability to quickly track and apply trending and viral content;
• Fluent Azerbaijani speaking and writing skills;
• Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.

Work schedule: 5-day week

Salary: 1200 AZN
