Job Purpose:

Ders Evi is a modern educational center which is proud of products & services we deliver to our customers. We are seeking the candidates with an innovative approach to develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales. 

Marketing Manager will be responsible for estimating market demand and for developing and implementing creative strategies to drive customer interest through multiple media channels. Marketing manager should successfully promote company's services, products and brand, have a deep knowledge of appropriate marketing and pricing strategies, generate new business leads, oversee marketing department staff, analyze market trends and preparing forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
• Estimate market demand and determine the marketability of products and services.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Managing the marketing department's staff.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.

Skills and Knowledges:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
• A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• At least two years' experience as a marketing manager.
• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Working Сonditions:

• 5-day working week, 2 days off per week;
• Documentation according to AR Labor Legislation
