Maintenance manager

Job responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance operations across commercial and residential properties;
• Oversee budgeting and procurement of maintenance-related equipment and materials;
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules;
• Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and KPIs;
• Manage maintenance staff and coordinate work orders effectively;
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve technical issues;
• Monitor service contracts and vendor performance;
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field;
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial maintenance role;
• Minimum 8 years of experience in facility or maintenance management;
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems;
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and organizational skills;
• Leadership and team management skills;
• Working proficiency in English.
