Accounting specialist
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist who will analyze financial information, maintain complete records while adhering to the strict standards of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization
- Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports to senior-level managers
- Assisting the accounting department in daily activities
- Communicating with clients
- Processing transactions
- Managing payment schedules
- Preparing financial statements
- Maintaining accurate records
- Review financial information and documents quarterly and annual basis
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents for employees
- Handle general ledger bookkeeping where necessary
- Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities
- Manage client accounts and payment schedules.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field
- Experience in the specified position for at least 2 years
- Must have (basic/fluent) spoken and written (English, Russian, Azerbaijani).
- Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, 1C
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Requirements:
- Azerbaijani citizenship.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ethical conduct and a high level of integrity.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment.
