Senior Business Strategy Officer

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate, detail, and results-oriented professional to join our innovative and fast-growing company in FMCG sector to fill the role of Senior Business Strategy Officer. You will report directly to the CEO of the group of companies and will support our corporate strategy efforts.

Job responsibilities:

• Conduct various strategic analyses, and help to shape our strategic direction and recommendations
• Develop aspects of the business strategy cycle, including proposals, feasibility studies, and implementations
• Design strategy to reflect the voice of the business sponsors and main stakeholder, customers and end users
• Participate in the elicitation, documentation, analysis and validation of strategic business processes, systems, and solution requirements.
• Formulate the requirements in business case with measurable benefits
• Create proposals for new products, services, or business processes that meet customer needs while addressing cost issues
• Assess risks associated with new business ventures or projects to ensure they are financially viable

Main Job requirements:

• Financial/Economics or Business-oriented university degree
• 6+ years prior work experience in the role of an Analyst, supporting business decisions with data-based analyses and presentations preferably in FMCG sector
• Experience in strategy writing and execution monitoring
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Excel (financial / business modeling)
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for what you do and a can-do attitude
