Junior QA Specialist

Glensol, operating in the oil and gas sector, is seeking a Junior QA Specialist to support quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Assist in preparation and control of QA documentation and procedures.
• Participate in internal audits and compliance monitoring activities.
• Support the NCR process and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to HSE and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 1–2 years of QA experience in the oil and gas industry (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management principles.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Azerbaijani and English language skills required.
