Corporate Partnership Specialist

Work graphic: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00.

Your main job responsibilities:

• Research, evaluate and identify partnership possibilities with relevant businesses
• Develop and propose partnership models that align with the company’s objectives and growth plans.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and create new revenue streams.
• Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Draft, review, and finalize partnership contracts and agreements.
• Create and implement strategies to establish and maintain relationships with key partners. Foster strong, long-term relationships through regular communication and collaboration. Ensure partners are satisfied and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate partners.
• Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, sales, product development and customer support to ensure alignment and smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on partnership performance and impact.
• Stay updated about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Attend industry events if necessary.

Your job requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably within the banking or fintech industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with financial products, services, and market dynamics.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Azerbaijani and English language knowledge is a must. Russian is optional.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong operational capabilities
• A proactive, creative thinker with an appetite for working in a fast-paced fintech environment.
