Analyst / Senior analyst

Responsibilities:

• Research on quality of education, dynamics of job market, digital skills development;
• Analysis and monitoring of educational services for Digital Academy and TechNest (including international and local vendors);
• Gathering facts and analyzing data from various sources;
• Extracting key messages from research in a clear and concise way;
• Assisting the Digital Academy and TechNest teams in building presentations and reports;
• Providing input in meetings with partners and potential vendors;
• Interacting with internal and external stakeholders during workshops and interviews.

Requirements:

• Markets and products research experience, preferably focus on IT, telecom, education;
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, preferably top-tier international companies;
• Fluent written and verbal knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages, Russian is an advantage;
• Advanced presentation skills;
• Excel modelling skills;
• Power BI / SQL / Python as an advantage.
