SPA Manager

Job Description:

Manages property Spa Operations to include spas suites, massage rooms, salons, boutiques, treatments, fitness studios and programs, and pool areas. The position ensures the highest level of service by executing all activities based on Standard Operating Procedures. The position strives to achieve and continuously improve both guest and employee satisfaction.  The position ensures Overall Guest experiences for key holidays, high leisure demand time-periods, and open to the community events. 

Requirements:

• A university degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the spa, guest services, front desk, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
• Flexible, guest oriented, hospitable, leadership skills. 
• Good organizational capability and talent management skills
• Fluent language skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is preferred);
