Chief Operation Officer

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Organize the analysis of internal processes within the organization and take measures to optimize them and enhance their efficiency.
  • Oversee the operations of the company and the productivity of employees, creating a highly inclusive culture that supports team development and achievement of organizational results. 
  • Develop operational plans to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives. 
  • Collaborate with the heads of operations, transportation, collections, and placement to work together as a team in managing these areas. 
  • Implement alignment of strategic, operational, and financial plans. 
  • Collaborate with the CEO and CFO to prepare the annual operational plan for the company.
  • Conduct analysis of internal processes within the organization and take measures to optimize them and improve efficiency. 
  • Continuously monitor the work environment to anticipate potential issues and bring together relevant departments or colleagues to address them collaboratively. 
  • Maintain regular communication with managers under responsibility to ensure the highest level of productivity among team members. 
  • Ensure timely resolution and fulfillment of customer complaints and requests.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or insurance sectors.
  • Higher education.
  • Management experience.
  • Ability to prepare financial, budget, and employee reports related to operations.
  • Language proficiency: Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (both spoken and written).
  • Personal qualities: Communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a dynamic work environment.
  • Organizational and leadership skills.
