Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM and Email Marketing Specialist to drive engagement and campaign growth. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in CRM management and email marketing, with a focus on analysis, optimization, and engagement strategies. Collaborating closely with our influencer partnership managers, this role will enhance lead generation, segmentation, and targeted email initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management:
    Track lead progression, engagement, and campaign success in CRM platforms. Implement lead scoring and segmentation strategies. Ensure seamless data flow across communication channels.
  • Email Marketing Strategy:
    Design and execute targeted email campaigns. Develop and track personalized sequences. Optimize email practices for engagement and compliance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Use data insights to enhance CRM and email performance, providing regular reports on lead and campaign metrics.
  • Collaboration and Training:
    Work with partnership managers to align CRM/email efforts with influencer outreach. 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in CRM management and email marketing.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, lead scoring, segmentation, email performance tracking, and communication.
