Call Center Operator

Description

• Answering incoming phone calls;
• Registering calls in the system;
• Consulting customers on products and services;
• Listening to and/or forwarding customer complaints, suggestions, and recommendations to the appropriate person.

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid work option;
• Working hours: 09:00-18:00/10:00-19:00/12:00-21:00 (Shift-based);

Requirements

• Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian language skills;
• Customer communication skills;
• Ability to speak fluently and clearly with good intonation;
• Pleasant voice tone;
• Responsibility and willingness to develop;
• Stress resistance;
• Emotional self-control;
• Teamwork skills.
