Senior Demand & Supply Planner

Role Purpose:

• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning process for a big group of product whilst meeting needed KPIs. Lead special projects within the planning department, i.e. defining process for power SKU, assortment diluting project, department functional training leader. Enable the sales teams by providing a timeous, accurate and optimal sales forecast.

Responsibility:

• Conduct planning to ensure alignment with the forecasting by the vendors. 
• Adjust forecast based on buy in by the supply chain coordination team and activate requirements accordingly.
• Conduct monthly meetings with KAMs to validate category as well as SKU forecast.
• Fix and eliminate errors in forecast in conjunction with KAMs based on top line assumptions, building blocks, risks and opportunities.
• Capture relevant data e.g. estimation to ensure availability of real time information.

Qualifications / Education:

• 3+ years of work experience in demand and supply planning in FMCG and Production sectors
• Relevant certificate/diploma/degree in Logistics
• Good command of English and Russian, Azerbaijani – native
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
