Valuation Specialist
Job description:
- Conduct an inspection of the property (real estate and/or movable property) to be evaluated;
- Conduct business valuations and financial analyses, market research, and capital market and cost of capital analyses;
- Proactively interact with clients;
- Conducting a research on industry trends, developing valuation models and determining of market value;
- Preparation of appraisal reports.
Education and Skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ready for business trips;
- Wish to learn and develop professionally and desire to become a part of a team of professionals;
- More than 2 years professional experience in the relevant field.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.
