Valuation Specialist

Job description:

• Conduct an inspection of the property (real estate and/or movable property) to be evaluated;
• Conduct business valuations and financial analyses, market research, and capital market and cost of capital analyses;
• Proactively interact with clients;
• Conducting a research on industry trends, developing valuation models and determining of market value;
• Preparation of appraisal reports.

Education and Skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ready for business trips;
• Wish to learn and develop professionally and desire to become a part of a team of professionals;
• More than 2 years professional experience in the relevant field.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.
