Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our company is currently looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Workplace: Plant office (Garadagh district, Umid settlement, Salyan highway, Sangargaya – 1 road, 7th km 1) and city office (Baku Bay Tower 113, 8th November Ave)

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Excellent command of English
  • Russian is preffered
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs
  • Competency-based interview techniques

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle hiring activities for various positions across the company and its subsidiaries.                
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.                 
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews.                                                                   
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with relevant stakeholders.                                                         
  • Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.                              
  • Support job postings and keep vacancy information up to date.                                                                                          
  • Prepare shortlists, interview schedules, and hiring status reports.                                                              
  • Maintain accurate candidate data, records, and trackers.                                                                          
  • Support documentation and onboarding coordination.                                                                            
  • Work closely with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines.  
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes.                                                                
  • Ensure hiring activities are conducted in line with internal policies and local labor legislation.               
  • Ensure documentation compliance with API Spec Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards and prepare for annual audits.                                                                                                        
  • Act in accordance with the evacuation plan in case of emergency (fire, earthquake, flood, strong wind, etc.).
