Project Coordinator
Workplace: Plant/City office
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a Business Administration (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Working knowledge of cement manufacturing processes is preferable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Proactively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, identifying and mitigating potential risks and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders, including internal departments (Operations, Maintenance, Quality Control), customers, and external vendors.
- Coordinate and track project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers.
- Manage project budgets, monitoring and tracking expenditures.
- Lead and participate in project meetings, facilitating discussions and ensuring all concerns are addressed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Travel to project sites as required to assess progress and address any emerging issues.
