Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management and similar fields
- Be fluent in English and Russian
- Must have advance level of Microsoft office skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel & MS Power Point
- Good communication skills
- International certificate in Human Resources field (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is preferred
- Experience in a production company is a strong preference
Key Responsibilities:
- Annual Recruitment Plan preparation
- Preparation of recruitment related budget and provision
- Conducting recruitment processes (JD preparation, Job Announcement, interview processes, employee selection, security and reference check)
- Preparation of recruitment related reports
- Local and Expatriate Talent search based company strategy Initiatives
- Employee Onboarding processes (Inductions, 3 months orientation processes follow-up, Probation period assessment)
