PR and Communications Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing development of the group’s and subsidiary companies’ web pages
- Develop and implement public image of the group and maintain a positive image
- Work with third-party agencies and partners to manage social media content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategic goals
- Manage media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
- Establish and manage internal communications newsletter
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events
- Design and execute CSR initiatives in accordance with the group’s strategy
- Monitor, analyze, and report PR results on a monthly basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus
- 5 years of experience in Public Relations, corporate communications, sustainability, or a similar role
- Proven ability to manage media relations and building strong brand image
- Internal communications and employee engagement experience
- Experience in CSR project management
- Social media management and content collaboration experience, with an understanding of current trends and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and consistency
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English. Knowledge of Russian is a plus
