Financial Analyst (Mid-level)

Job responsibilities

• Analyze and present expenses for stores, sales managers, and regional managers;
• Allocate logistics costs across stores;
• Distribute supplier bonuses among stores;
• Prepare and present productivity analysis for stores, sales managers, and regional managers;
• Analyze store performance and prepare reports on consistently underperforming stores;
• Follow up on reports and feedback received from sales managers regarding consistently underperforming stores;
• Participate in P&L meetings with managers and present reports when required;
• Prepare and present simulation reports for the Investment Committee;
• Participate in Investment Committee meetings when required and present relevant reports;
• Prepare and present sales and profitability reports for newly opened stores.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics;
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis or sales analysis;
• Certification: ACCA (FA) or other equivalent international certifications are considered an advantage;
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel;
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to present reports in a clear and visual format;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively communicate with stakeholders and management.
