🔍 Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance: Enforce HSE policies and regulations, ensuring all lifting activities comply with legal and company standards.
Planning & Execution: Develop and approve lifting plans and risk assessments, particularly for critical lifts.
Equipment Management: Inspect crane structures, accessories, and verify the certification validity of all lifting gear.
Supervision: Lead rigging crews, crane operators, and signallers, ensuring competency and providing on-job training.
Operational Control: Coordinate site operations, optimize equipment usage, and manage subcontractor lifting activities.

✅ Requirements

Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
Experience: 10–12+ years in lifting equipment operations, ideally with experience in Oil & Gas projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in load charts, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
Certifications: Heavy lifting certifications and specialized trainings are required. (Appointed Person Lifting Operaitons)
