Lead Data Analyst

What is your job?

• Prepare written technical and functional documentation;
• Analyze collected data to identify gaps, opportunities, and challenges in existing processes or systems;
• Reference and communication to document business requirements, process steps, ideas, and user stories in a clear and organized manner;
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate closely with technical teams to design appropriate solutions;
• Provide practical insights and results that align with business objectives;
• Create interactive/advanced dashboards and statistical and analytical reports that effectively communicate the aggregation of complex and large data based on business requirements;
• Generate reports for senior management to facilitate decision-making and idea generation;
• Be more knowledgeable about data exploration techniques such as correlation analysis and feature engineering;
• Use data profiling techniques to assess data quality and structure, identifying patterns, inconsistencies, and potential issues;
• Manage intellectual data analysis projects from start to finish;
• Formulate intellectual data analysis strategies aligned with the organization's long-term goals;
• Apply cross-validation to more accurately assess model performance;
• Engage in data preparation using big data systems;
• Prepare big data based on requirements using distributed computing technologies such as Minio or Spark;
• Break down complex problems into smaller, manageable tasks and develop effective solutions using programming;
• Manage all stages of data analysis;
• Other verbal and written tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, etc.

What is required of you?

• Work experience (years and/or field): 5 years;
• Product knowledge: Oracle BI Publisher/ Oracle BI or Tableau or Power BI, Oracle FlexCube (additional), Oracle Administration Tool (additional), PL/SQL;
• Soft skills: High communication skills;
• License/Certificate: Oracle PL/SQL programs units, Oracle Sql Expert;
• Language skills: English (Excellent), Russian (Good);
• Computer skills: R or Python, Oracle PL/SQL, MS Office Excel.
