Description

• Identifying individual development needs across the bank, and determining a functional, bank-wide training list in line with these needs and strategic goals;
• Supporting the implementation of individual, functional, and bank-wide training and development programs (bank-wide, functional, and IDP);
• Managing the Online Learning Platform, tracking training participation and satisfaction levels;
• Organizing and coordinating group trainings;
• Planning and monitoring the Orientation Program, executing the Buddy program.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education (Bachelor's degree) in Social Sciences, Economics;
• Required work experience: 1 year (Training and Development, or other HR fields);
• Foreign languages: English (fluent);
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Power Point;
• Other requirements: Communication and public speaking skills, ability to promote innovative thinking and self-development.
