Senior Recruitment Specialist

What will you do?

• Implement the company's talent acquisition process: build the candidate pool by planning, coordinating and executing recruitment and selection process to ensure the best candidates are selected for each role and the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with established policies and standards.
• Oversee the recruitment process and ensure speed and quality of recruitment.
• Target potential candidates using various social media platforms, etc.
• Participate in the process of interviewing, testing, and selecting candidates.
• Propose and lead Talent Acquisition initiatives, including attending career fairs, establishing university/college partnerships, summer student programs, internships and etc. 
• Working with HR databases, candidate tracking and management systems.
• Propose, conduct and lead recruitment projects
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
• Track recruitment metrics
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders

What is required:

• Education: HR, Pshycology or any relevant bachelor degree (preferred)
• Work experience: 3-5 years
• Languages: Azeri, English, Russian
• Computer skills:  Microsoft office (Excelent Microsoft Excel knowledge) 
• Certificates: SHRM / CIPD preferred
