Operational Risk Management / Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Participation in the development of a risk map of the company's risks and the implementation of a continuous control process;
- Implementation of educational activities in structural units in order to increase risk culture in the company.
- Development of operational risk identification and evaluation methods;
- Management of risk and incident management system;
- Participating in giving feedback on identifying, minimizing and preventing operational risks for new products, services, processes, and motivational systems, as well as changes to existing products, services, processes, and motivational systems;
- Collection of data on risk indicators in the process of operational risk management, implementation of analyzes and preparation of necessary reports;
- Participation in the assessment of business processes carried out in the company's structural divisions
- Making suggestions regarding the management, minimization and prevention of operational risks;
- Recommend and implement risk management framework alignment with regulatory standards and best practice;
- To carry out other tasks related to the risk function activities.
Requirements:
- Economic or financial education;
- Experience: Minimum required work experience 3 years, 1 year for operational risk management function;
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Ability to work fluently in Azerbaijani, Russian and English: including professional business communication, documentation and correspondence;
- Other requirements: Technical-analytical knowledge;
- Knowledge of legislation, documentation: Prudential requirements and rules in financial institutions.
