Responsibilities:

  • Adapting improvements to delivery processes based on learnings, new practices/ tools, and methodologies
  • Identifying milestones, timelines, and resources for realization of product features, as well as track progress and risk points
  • Facilitating the team’s work using Agile practices to execute with speed and quality through a focus on delivery flow
  • Balancing demand with team capacity to maximize delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyzing and interpreting process metrics to make informed decisions and improving processes
  • Effectively resolving conflicts, finding compromises and supporting positive relationships with product teams/ value streams
  • Organizing one's own work, putting forward and implementing new ideas and taking proactive steps to achieve process and business goals
  • Managing efforts to visually manage workflow and limit work in progress to deliver timely outcomes
  • Leads efforts to visually manage workflow and limit work in progress to deliver timely outcomes
  • Managing quarterly program board, value/ cost calculations, development process efficiency (cycle time) efforts
  • Engouraging early involvement of stakeholders in process, starting with product ideation and achieving the most impact by stakeholders in product development and its success
  • Being accountable for the effective, cross-functional delivery of products using agile/lean techniques
  • Responsible for maturing agile teams, value processes and agile frameworks/ methodologies of product teams using change management techniques  

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in variety of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SaFe
  • Possessing ownership and accountability for specific delivery initiatives
  • Experience in product roadmap creation, backlog prioritization, user story mapping, process metrics and SMART Goals creation
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and development process efficiency (Cycle Time) management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and listening skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to work in a self-guided manner
  • Great organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Passion for managing change and ability to bring others along
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work with Jira, Miro, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Power BI

Qualifications: 

  • Degree in Business Administration/ management or related field 
  • At least 2 years’ experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master 
  • Experience in professional enterprise organizational change and transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of one or more frameworks or flexible methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SaFe
