Job Overview: As a data analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets using agile methodologies to support business decisions in the corporate segment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), build reports, and provide insights that will drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, or other analytical tools to support business decisions
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and communicate insights to cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for data-driven decision making
• Participate in agile development processes to deliver solutions in a timely manner
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and identify trends
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing quality checks on data inputs and outputs
• Continuously monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and consistency across various data sources
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, and contribute to the development of analytical processes and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or related discipline)
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar
• Proficiency in SQL and strong knowledge at least one scripting language such as Python or R
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data quality issues
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and their applications in business contexts

Preferred:

• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their applications in business contexts
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and practices
• Relevant certifications
