Key responsibilities:

  • Update company databases with new employee information;
  • Assist HRBP team by screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies;
  • Assist Talent Management team with organization and coordination of trainings and other relevant tasks;
  • Schedule and organize interviews with shortlisted candidates; 
  • Send rejection emails to candidates;
  • Assist with new hire orientations;
  • Prepare HR-related reports if needed;
  • Assist in the planning of HR events and careers days.

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field; 
  • Experience as HR intern role is a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Experience with MS Office;
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting;
  • Communication and organizational skills.
