Investment Specialist / Jr. Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Works together with Finance, Risks management, Actuaries;
• Get involved with the operations conducted in internal and foreign financial markets;
• Follows regularly new investment opportunities in the market;
• Analyzes banks’ financial reports based on company’s methodology;
• Preparing financial and economic models
• Analyzes economic environment in the country
• Assists senior colleagues with documentation;
• Assists senior colleagues with the reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance or Statistics;
• Language skills: Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and good knowledge of English and Russian;
• MS Office (Excel, Word).
• CFA/FRM certifications will be an advantage;
• Proven ability to empower, mentor & provide feedback; 
• Programming skills are advantage; 
• Min 1 year of experience in investment.

• Strong analytic and good problem structuring skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Accuracy, attentiveness;
• Highly resourceful team-player as well as having ability to work independently;
• Initiative.
