Construction Manager

 Requirements:

• Over 5–10 years of professional experience 
• Experience in civil works and rough construction activities on-site
• Good command in AutoCAD, MS Office Applications.
• Experience in IPC control
• Experience in managing civil subcontractors
• Fluency in English, both technical and general

Key Accountabilities:

• Communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and direct the work of subcontractors engaged in the project.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for internal use.
• Review and verify reports submitted by subcontractors.
• Monitor progress throughout each phase of the project.
• Ensure health and safety standards are upheld on-site.
• Supervise construction activities
• Manage logistics related to the supply chain
• Schedule and oversee work activities.
• Monitor the provision of materials to ensure timely availability.
• Ensure the quality of workmanship meets project standards.
