Product Marketing Manager
Role Synopsis: The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for PASHA Real Estate’s diverse portfolio of properties. Working closely with the
Group Marketing Director and the Investment Unit, the successful candidate will lead marketing initiatives designed to promote high-value properties, support sales, attract investment, and drive business growth. This role will involve positioning new developments, enhancing the value proposition of existing assets, and aligning product marketing with overall business goals. A strong understanding of the real estate market is critical.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies for key real estate assets within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Create compelling value propositions for new and existing properties, differentiating
- PASHA Real Estate in the market to attract investors, buyers, and tenants.
- Plan and manage product launches, campaigns, and promotions in coordination with the sales and investment teams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the Investment, Sales, and Development teams to ensure cohesive product messaging and successful implementation of marketing plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and third-party partners, to deliver on marketing objectives.
- Oversee marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum return on investment.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using key metrics, refining strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
Desired background:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally within luxury hotel chains, banks, or other investment-heavy industries.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, with a preference for candidates who have marketed high-end properties or large-scale developments.
- Proven experience in developing go-to-market strategies and successfully managing product portfolios in a competitive environment.
Required skills:
- Strong understanding of product positioning, branding, and customer segmentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and using metrics to inform marketing strategies.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering results within financial constraints.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Fluency in English and Azerbaijani. Russian would be an advantage.
