Reporting and Monitoring Junior Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and maintenance of reporting and monitoring frameworks for compliance and risk metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
• Prepare and maintain detailed Excel reports, dashboards, and summaries for stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to risk and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies or issues identified in monitoring processes.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits of reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in implementing improvements to data collection, analysis, and reporting tools.
• Maintain an updated database of compliance and risk metrics.
• Provide support in preparing materials for regulatory submissions and internal audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with risk and compliance frameworks or processes is a plus.
