HR Recruiter (English Speaking, Night Shift)

Job Location: PITS Azerbaijan Office located at AF Business House, 203 Nizami St, Baku 1010, Azerbaijan

Working Days and Hours: 40 hours/weekly, Mon-Fri, 17:00-02:00 Baku time

Agreement Type and Pay: Contractor Agreement with the US Office, 800-1000 AZN.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to play a key role in the full spectrum of human resource functions within our company. In this role, you will independently handle crucial tasks to support our team and maintain efficient HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Take charge of assisting in the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Manage the entire process of integrating new hires and facilitating the exit procedures for departing employees.
• Keep HR records up-to-date and ensure their accuracy.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits without supervision.
• Ensure all HR practices are compliant with legal standards and company policies on your own.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries and concerns independently, ensuring a supportive work environment.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions and professional development opportunities without assistance.
• Lead the planning and execution of activities aimed at improving employee engagement.
• Other HR responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or Human Resources is required. Current students in these fields are also encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in HR administration is highly advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good understanding of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency in conducting interviews is required.
• Must have fluent English proficiency.
• Must be willing to work night shifts as required.
