Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom WordPress websites that adhere to our brand guidelines, goals, and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers to gather requirements, create wireframes, and mock-ups for design presentations.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites function seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Customize WordPress themes, templates, and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Optimize websites for search engine visibility, speed, and performance.
• Integrate websites with various third-party applications, such as CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and social media networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues, including layout, functionality, and performance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices, and continuously enhance your design skills.
• Provide ongoing website maintenance and updates as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in website design, with a focus on WordPress development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, with a strong understanding of the WordPress platform.
• Demonstrated experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and customization.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects, with a focus on WordPress sites.
• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for layout, color, and typography.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to create websites that function across various devices and screen sizes.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices, as well as experience with website performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members.
