Group HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Strategy Development: Define, develop, and implement HR strategies which align with overall business objectives. Review and suggest necessary improvements on a periodic basis.
Recruitment and Staffing: Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation processes across all locations. Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs and attract top talent.
Training & Development: Create, organize, plan, and present various forms of onboarding, orientation, and training materials for employees. Establish a comprehensive employee development and e-learning program that fosters a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Performance Management: Develop and administer an effective performance management system that includes performance development plans and employee development programs.
Employee Relations & Culture: Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and develop strategies to maintain high morale and good internal communication.
Compliance & Administration: Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as local employment laws and regulations. Efficiently manage HR administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits, and record-keeping.
HR Analytics: Regularly analyze HR metrics, such as retention and turnover rates, to inform strategic HR decisions and forecast hiring needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR manager or other HR executive role in a multi-location business (5+ years)
- Ability to manage and support a large team of 300+ employees
- Extensive knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including talent acquisition, training & development, employee relations, and legal compliance
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical capabilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in organizational development and culture-building
- Proficiency in HR-related softwares
- Tech-savvy
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SPHR) will be a plus
