Senior Account Manager

We have a great opportunity in our Baku office for a Senior Account Manager! For this role, we’re looking for an experienced account manager in digital, creative, production and opinion leaders projects. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and building strong client relationships and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to further growth.

What you'll do:

• As a principal point of contact for assigned client relationships, you'll be responsible for helping to build long-term client relationships, anticipating client needs, and working with your supporting teams to coordinate efforts aimed at solving those needs.
• You will work closely with digital, creative & production teams and responsible for flawless execution and results
• Internal tracking/reporting to the agency for all clients and projects within your remit.
• For creative projects, lead and brief the creative team according to the client brief. Share your insights / observations about the main digital trends, best working formats, and ways to reach Target Audience.
• Attending meetings with existing and potential clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
• Effectively develop and present strategic vision to clients, as well as secure commitments to that vision.
• Ensure that teams receive assignments that clearly describe the Client’s need and the Agency’s planned approach, and that they get the information required to complete their assignments effectively.
• Collaborate with team to reach agreement on procedures for interdepartmental projects that will meet product and service standards efficiently and minimize unproductive conflicts.
• Other similar responsibilities as assigned

What you'll need:

• Experience managing large account portfolios
• Strong customer service and project management skills
• Experience managing digital & creative projects
• Highly organized and solution-oriented
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English
