Personal Assistant to CEO

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Coordinate and communicate with staff to ensure smooth operations and task completion
  • Provide daily updates and reports on tasks, projects, and events
  • Assist in planning and prioritizing daily duties and responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate events, travel arrangements, and accommodations
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and clients, partners, and team members
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, email management, and document preparation
  • Work with the CEO's worldwide contacts and coordinate international communication 
  • Facilitate seamless communication across different time zones and cultural backgrounds

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or a similar role
  • Excellent command of English, Russian, and Azerbaijani languages
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree
