Personal Assistant to CEO
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Coordinate and communicate with staff to ensure smooth operations and task completion
- Provide daily updates and reports on tasks, projects, and events
- Assist in planning and prioritizing daily duties and responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate events, travel arrangements, and accommodations
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and clients, partners, and team members
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, email management, and document preparation
- Work with the CEO's worldwide contacts and coordinate international communication
- Facilitate seamless communication across different time zones and cultural backgrounds
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or a similar role
- Excellent command of English, Russian, and Azerbaijani languages
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree
