Senior SEO Specialist / Targeter

You will work closely with various departments to meet their needs while adhering to hotel policies and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Job Overview
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the website, and flesh out SEO strategies to improve the same
- Leverage SEO tools, including Google Analytics to increase website ranking on search engines
- Help the company gain website traffic, increase sales/leads and improve overall engagement and footfalls through the web SEO specialist job role
- Devise and develop web optimization plans for the company as an SEO specialist
- Perform regular keyword research for the SEO success of the company
- Manage SEO campaign costs, stay on the monthly budget as an SEO specialist
- Execute test runs, identify trends and gather relevant results while working on SEO strategies
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that the best SEO practices are executed throughout the website
- Plan and study market launches, including a list of benchmarks and resources for launching them, prioritize tools based on ROI forecast;
- Closing conversion and outreach campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram;
- Continuously generate and test creatives and landing pages in search of sources for improving advertising campaign performance
- Ensure testing of new digital platforms;
- Ensure the maintenance of contracts with advertising platforms;
- Prepare reports on campaign results.
- Manage email distribution (creating letters, setting up mailings, tracking)
Qualifications and Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of working in advertising accounts Facebook Ads, Google Ads (search, media, video advertising, applications);
- Knowledge of analytical systems Google Analytics 4
- Knowledge of the basics of promotion on platforms: mobile, web;
- Experience of working with large budgets;
- Having successful cases will be an advantage;
- Analytical and strategic mindset;
- Skills in creating and editing websites, landing pages, e-mail marketing
- Attentiveness, multitasking and stress resistance;
- Flexibility and ability to solve non-standard problems.
- Having experience in localizing campaigns for different markets will be an advantage.
