UX/UI Designer

Our Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design;
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in UX/UI design are preferred.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani language
• Knowledge of MS Office package
• Ability to understand the brand's vision & lead high-performing marketing strategy
• Experience with design software such as Figma, Adobe XD,Photoshop (preferably), Adobe Illustrator (preferably) and etc.
• Experience with Client Journeys, Channels & Funnels.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead brand consistency and manage brand identity across all UX/UI design elements;
• Define UX/UI design goals and objectives aligned with overall business objectives;
• Execute the creation and implementation of design systems;
• Develop design solutions for internal web, app, and channel interfaces;
• Create branding materials for startups, including roll-ups, business cards, flyers, pitch decks, and content templates;
• Develop UX/UI kits for digital and offline assets;
• Conduct analysis and research on UX/UI best practices across all assets;
• Provide consulting on existing web and app designs for startups;
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
