Venture Intern

Responsibilities:

• Administration and implementation of venture building strategies, adapting processes, and procedures to foster startup growth.
• Support the management of the venture building program, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives aimed at nurturing startup development.
• Provide administrative support to the venture building program, assisting in day-to-day operations.
• Facilitate knowledge building and sharing within the studio environment, emphasizing topics relevant to venture building.
• Moderate meetings with focus groups, focusing on venture building issues and providing guidance to address challenges.

Requirements:

• Background in Marketing, Finance, or Business Development, preferably with a focus on venture building and startup acceleration.
• Proficient in Azerbaijani and English languages to facilitate effective communication.
• Knowledgeable about venture building dynamics, startup scaling, and related issues.
• Possesses coaching skills to support the growth and development of participating startups within the venture building framework.
