HR Analytics and Learning & Development Specialist

What is expected from the candidate:

• Analyze HR indicators such as workforce, turnover, recruitment, performance, and other related metrics, and prepare reports.
• Create and improve databases related to HR metrics.
• Support the development of interdepartmental cooperation.
• Monitor the implementation of new organizational models and assist the HR team.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the performance management system.
• Support the preparation and improvement of employee development plans.
• Prepare surveys to measure employee motivation and satisfaction levels, and analyze the results.
• Measure and improve the effectiveness of recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Prepare, organize, and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs.
• Oversee the preparation, organization, and execution of training programs.

What qualifications the candidate need to possess:

• Knowledge in collecting and analyzing data related to human resources.
• Ability to prepare statistical and analytical reports.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other analytical software (having certificates in these programs is an advantage).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Communication and presentation skills.
