Marketing Manager
What is expected from the candidate:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence;
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
- Act as the lead on all communication and project management of each marketing initiative from inception to completion; collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners;
- Attend events, as required, in order to build relationships with a network of potential customers and develop possible business opportunities, including culinary opportunities, partnerships, advertising, and collaborations;
- Analyze local market trends, insights, and competitor activity to identify business leads; optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
- Ensure that all initiatives are being deployed via social media campaigns, email marketing and content development within the digital space;
- Come up with interesting and new approaches to storytelling within each marketplace and identify new and unique opportunities to get more visibility;
- Establish, maintain and manage a network of influencers for each of the properties, bringing in appropriate micro, national and international bloggers that can help us drive awareness and visibility to our brands;
- Manage the sales team’s performance, including coaching them on effective sales techniques and providing feedback to improve performance;
- Develop and maintain business relationships with current corporate customers and prospective clients, including, contract negotiations, pitches and presentations in line with the Saffron Group brand;
- Conduct market research and develop sales marketing strategies and new products and services to achieve the maximum revenue;
- Develop and implement marketing plans that include sales advertising campaigns, public relations efforts, and events to promote venues, new products, and services;
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that each step of the sales process runs smoothly.
What qualifications the candidate need to possess:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing management role;
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field;
- Knowledge of local hospitality sector is a preferable;
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate;
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels;
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytic;
- Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages are mandatory.
